Who are we

From Fine Dining to Plant-Based Magic

Meet Chef Charles Diallo, owner, head chef and the culinary brain behind Fed By Plants.

 

Originally from Mali, West Africa, Chef Charles trained in classical French cookery and spent years in fine dining heading up the Chester kitchen at The Dorchester Hotel before going vegan and launching his own business.

Chef Charles has developed all the dishes on the menu giving them that extra edge by making most of the food from scratch. This includes sauces and condiments such as his homemade vegan garlic mayo, vegan tartare sauce for his award winning tofish and chips and the popular mango and red pepper salsa that goes on the nacho bowl alongside his homemade cashew cheese sauce, to mention a few.

 

Owing to his vast technical cookery skills and decades of experience in UK and international kitchens Chef Charles is able to bring magic to every plate that leaves his kitchen!
